This is why I work at home! Where else would I get to work with firefighters who wear toy bin helmets on their heads? Yes, I have to kick aside the toy debris to get through my office, but hey, it’s just no big deal!
Paul bought a tarantula for his classroom this weekend…so there are live crickets chirping on my dining room table at the moment…a nice sound in the dead of winter. Miika had all the lights off in the front two rooms so she could observe them with a flashlight. She’s been mesmerized for the last hour watching them hop around and eat goo…their last supper. Tomorrow it’s all over for the poor little fellas as they become breakfast for the furry guy.
